      Check for head lice..or have you recently changed a hair product etc..something that might give you an allergy...If not see your G.P.

        As we dont know what caused bumps on your head, it is better you get them check by your Dr. he will advise you how to treat them,

          Be careful, Hillary got a tiny bump on her head and ended up with a concussion and blood clots. Poor old girl. Soft head and all that.
