Turbo or non turbo?
Non turbo is the Fuel Injector relay and not the Fuel Pump relay.
it's located in the fuse box (engine compartment you will have to remove a cover once it's opened it's the relay # 103(it's a green relay). http://wiki.answers.com/Q/Where_is_the_fuel_pump_relay_located_for_a_non-turbo_1994_volvo_850
