    how do i dismiss a restraining order

    My son is getting out of jail soon. me and my wife both had a restraining order placed for his violence. He has served his time for numerous things he did and he has got his sickness under control that caused most of his troubles. What do I do to get the restraining order modified to a no violence order?

      Go to the clerk of court and request a hearing to dismiss.
