      Let see, I'm type 1 diabetic, severally bi-polar, and  have low thyroid but, I think I'm doing well....

        Oh, don't be ashamed. My life is good, I just take shots and medicate more. I don't have the heat like you are having (yet), things could be worse....

        We now have TC Oswald moving down the Qld coast causing flooding & general mayhem.We needed rain but not this much.One of our northern cities Mackay got 400mm (16 inches)in 18 hours.
