    how do i get past the sim unlock for samsung sgh-i617

    i was given this phone and when i put in my sim card it said that this phone can only be used with a specific sim and to enter the unlock code or to insert the approved sim

      You need to unlock the network lock of the phone to use it with other network . You can use unlock code to unlock the network lock . To get the unlock code visit Unlocking4U.com .There you have to give your Country and current network name along with your IMEI number to get the unlock code for your Samsung SGH-i617 .
