My brother in law has had it for severel years, he takes aloa vera liquid every day, he has taken it for about 15 years now and he doesn't suffer hardly at all. My wife takes it also for a bit of a bowl problem and it helps her alot. Try it, my brother in law is not the sorte of person who says anything is any good, but he swears by this . It has to be the genuine stuff, not any cheap version. Good Luck.
