Your help answers mean nothing...I have hired "Just Answer" and they cannot solve?It worked wireless for over a year but all of a sudden quit? I reinstalled by your disk and double checked my wireless connection which is on and still will not respond to "PRINT" is there any way I can get human help

We are not Epson. This is akaQA, we have volunteers from all over the world doing their best to help people with their issues.
Now, can you verify that your router is reading your printer? Do you have a home network set up with your printer added to it? This is the best way to know if the router "sees" the printer. You would go to your network center and if the router is visible in the network, you will see it. If it is there but not connected, then there will be an X over it. The second thing to check is to make sure your printer is on line by going to your control panel, then devices and printers, find the printer and make sure it is check marked and ready, not off line.
