I appreciate that I have a roof over my head, food in the cupboards, good health and a loving family.

Family,friends,health;-¬..my cats...music...(running,swimming,cycling),sunshine and warm weather..(Though that too should be in brackets as its pretty elusive here!;-))...chocolate:-)...living!..To name but a few things that I appreciate in my life!...Oh and AKAqa..but that was too obvious to mention!:-)

To witness one good action and to perform one good deed is the fuel of life.

To dwell on evil things is a waste of energy although, the feelings can still be converted into causes of good action ;)
