If the UK changes the rules regarding sons and daughter inheriting the throne, and a daughter of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge inherits the throne, will her husband become King Regent?
I know Prince Philip isn't King because the spouse of a reigning King is Queen, but not vice-versa. However, if the UK changes the rules to allow girls equal access to the throne, will the UK also change the rule and give the title King Consort to a reigning Queen's Husband just like the title Queen Consort is given to a reigning King's wife?

This is all a bit confusing to a Yank...I'm still stuck on which twin will take the throne.

The first born. The first born no longer has to be male.
Which is interesting because study after study has shown the twin "on the bottom" (closest to the cervix) is usually more fragile- weighs less and has more physical problems...we'll just have to hope they both pop out healthy!
