Insert your blank CD into your computer's CD burner.

Navigate to the folder that contains the program's installation file in Windows Explorer.

Right-click on the program's installation file, move your cursor over "Send To:" and select your CD drive.

Open "My Computer" and double-click on your CD drive.

Select "Write to CD" from the "CD Writing Tasks" menu.
