If I got it coorectly, you want to know what other websites contain links to your website. Provided that, you may use Google Webmaster Tools - but only if the website os yours, actually. To check external links to other websites you may use either tools which are downloaded to your PC - like Scrapebox or one of those browser based tools like www.moonsearch.com or www.ranksignals.com
