I've checked for these instructions before. This company did not make a paper manual. They put the assembly instructions on the box itself. If you no longer have the box, you're stuck unless someone who owns this table just happens to see your question and takes the time to up load a picture of the instructions from the box or if they are willing to sit and type out the instructions.
