      A solution of bleach is the best way to do this, make sure the room(s) are well ventilated.

        thank you for your answer but in our policies we are not allowed to use bleach products is there another solution?

        You should call in a cleaning company that has a hazmat licence. You have no idea what might be in that excrement. You especially need a professional cleaning since it soaked into carpeting.
