tous les matins à jeun , tu manges un kiwi , et tu attends 1/2 h avant de déjeuner , c'est génial pour le teint .....

Kiwis are protected birds, they have been much reduced following the introduction of pests like stoats and possums into New Zealand.

Then your answer is no, you do not eat kiwi birds. I imagine no one does so we can assume that realplook is speaking of the fruit, not the bird ;)
