Because I did not pay for my msn account, it has been cancelled as of today. How do I reach the necessary department to be reinstated?
I was notified by msn that unless I payed my annual fee, I would be cancelled. With the holidays, I forgot, and when I went into my msn today, I was told my account was cancelled. I was told to reinstate my account, I must go to MSN customer service. Where is that located? I have gone to their customer service, but could not find what I was looking for, they wanted to sign me up for a social network. I have spents hours trying to resolve this, and wonder, can you help?
