    Can someone.  Will someone tell me what this is?  Its nowhere to be found in my machine.  I didnt do it.  Is someone screwing with my machine.

    I removed your mile long post as it uses bandwidth this free site has to pay for. The program is responsible. Just uninstall the program.

      It's a photo editor by Picasa. No one but you can download these programs.

        You can go to your all programs file and uninstall it. Control panel > programs > add/uninstall programs.
