    bought about 13 acres next to myhome and would like to measure running footage for property and fencing

        Go to the town hall, assessor's office and get the property map for your land. No program is going to be detailed enough for what you need.

        Thanks but I am only figuring distance to enable me to buy approximate amount of fence supplies , close is good enough.
