You have to install it to the other computer by downloading it just like you did on the first computer.

That is what I tried to do. The I receive the message that it is already installed. But I don't see it and it doesdn't show up in programs and features. I had it before but now it is gone. How can I find it again ? Thanks for your answer
Have you rebooted your computer since downloading it? Sometimes the download requires a computer reboot to finish the installation.
Then you will have to go through the download again. Take note of where the download is being saved to so you can find it.
They don'y let me as per their message that I already downloaded it. Any other suggestions? I need a toolbar where I can translate single words and have tools for unit converter. Sorry but I'm really grateful for your help
I'm going to assume this might be an extension on your existing toolbar. Try going to Help on the toolbar and then to add ons or extensions. See if you can find it there. If you do, look for an enable button.
