    Have no turn signals, no brake lights and no hazard lights

    Gotta be a fuse or a blown relay.Best advice...go to an auto electrician.They will sort that out in about 5 min.

    Have you checked your fuses? It's either going to be fuses or your wiring harness. 

    Don't drive under these conditions...it's dangerous!

    Maybe "Uncle" does know and might attempt to drive it to his shop, taking a chance, figuring it isn't that far.
