      Is your gut instinct telling you that he is? Maybe so, or you probably would not be asking this question on a world wide forum. Ask him and be prepared for his answer and what you plan to do, should he answer "Yes".

        Ducky, Your first two sentences are almost exactly what I would have said to Chulles69.
        I wish you the best Chulles. I worried my head off with the man who is now my husband, but in my case there really wasn’t anything to worry about. That could be the case for you. Good luck.
