He was much more than a pet-he was my best friend.... my precious French Bulldog - Tanker. He lived just to love me. He had to 'go' 16 months ago & I cry every nite for him. And not nice stiff upper lip, tears running slowly down my cheeks. I cry buckets. Please don't mention getting a puppy. If that time ever comes, I'll know. Right now - I cry just saying his name. I'd give anything to be with him. I don't know how much more pain I can take.
My doc acknowledges my feelings. I just can't even begin to only have words to explain to tell about the pain, emptiness & broken heart I have. And yes, I do have good memories. I believe dogs go to Heaven & that 1 day we'll cross The Rainbow Bridge together. But for now.....what do I do? I just feel I can't take much more of this.
