    How can I get an anti-theft system "unlocked" in my ECU for my 1991 Chrysler New Yorker? just had it rebuilt but won't work until the anti-theft system get unlocked.

    My mechanic says the people who rebuilt the ECU should have unlocked the system whereas the people who rebuilt it says my mechanic should unlock it.  H E L P!!!

      I do not understand why these professionals can not answer this question for you. Try a store that installs car alarms. They may be able to research the anti-theft system you have in your car.

        Have you contacted Chrysler? A car that old is an antique, so their archives should be able to call up the codes.

          Chrysler no longer has the software to do this.  NO ONE DOES!
