    If the patient is capable of making decision, he can refuse the feeding tube. If he has a representetive, they can also make decisions for him. If he is not capable and has no representetive than the physycian can decide what is best for him.

    In the USA, no. Suicide is illegal so the judicial system will not allow anyone to starve them self to death because if it did, it would then be supporting an illegal act.
