Cigarette Butts.

Late yesterday I was called upon to extinguish a small fire in the road median strip outside my home.It was very minor & was out in a couple of minutes.But it was caused by someone tossing a cigarette but out of a car.To my Aussie mates...Please,please,please!! watch those butts & ask your friends to do the same.The bush can be alight in seconds in this heat,especially with these strong winds to fan the flames.

I hear ya Tommy.Not only is it littering, it can be dangerous.I learnt my lesson a couple of years back, when unbeknownst to me a cop in an unmarked police car seen me throw a cigarette butt out of the car window.A fine came in the mail for $240.00.

Pyth i hope you have something to cool you down, a pool, air- con , beach is no good you will burn, unless there's plenty of shade somewhere, glad to here you have not been affected by fire.
