Tricky, since horsepower has practically nothing to do with cc's!
The same size motor can have different horsepower outputs depending on compression, intake and exhust design.
I'd do this: find out how many cc's one of the older 5 horse, 10 horse, etc. motor has, and use this as a guide.
To convert from cc's to cubic inches either multiply or divide by 16.4 depending on which way you are converting.
I would think the horsepower would still be available as one of the motor specifications.
