    How is it possible to contact what is obviously incompetents running WOW at a time while we are getting nothing but broken up signals when the phone is obviously taken off the hook preventing us from getting through to the "geniuses" supposedly working there?


    This seems to be an on going thing.... are we due a rebate?


    I'm now left to wonder how many customers you are losing?
