olevia model no.242-s11. will not turn on. got up this morningthe blue light was off, Turned off the switch in the back then back on , Hit the power button in the front it came on , no sound, shut it off back on nothing, turned the swith off in the back then on hit the power ,same thing, again no sound, again worked, The first thing this morning the light was off, it should of been on ?

That told me thay were no longer avablable Thay are no longer, Any other ideas?
I'll see if I can find you another number. If you still have your owner's manual, there should be a support number in the trouble shooting section. I've had luck just unplugging the TV for 5 minutes and then plugging it in again.

I just checked my owner's manual for my Olevia which is only 5 years old and it has the same support number as I gave you already. Sorry, I'm out of ideas.
