If this baby is only on milk from Mom, its something she ate! If on formula see the doctor right away! Get the baby checked anyway ,Just to be safe.

My kids em "poop" was green for the first 3 months, and smelly, really smelly, in fact it was the worst I've smelt, smelly smelly smelly.
Yes Romos, Poop stinks! I thought from the question that the green color was new as in 2 months old. If its always been green -why the question?
