somewhere under ther the dash there will b a small elec air blend motor if it goes outu can get a/c but no heat they are a pain to find I had to take the whole dash out of the wifes truck best method go to car quest get an haynes manuel the factory manuel will not show it but haynes will then just take ur time go slow and this will probably solve ur problem
