i was traveling through Phelps county Mo. a few wks Be 4 Xmas and the Phelps co. sheriffs dept pulled me over and asked me if i would come to the station so they could search my Truck.
After 2 hours of tearing my truck apart and their Dog jumping on the side of my truck Damaging the paint on the side of my truck and finding nothing! They let me go after i returned to Ca. i had my truck washed and detailed i noticed all kinds of Scratches on the side of my truck that could not be buffed out because they were down to the primer who is responsible for the repair my truck please let me know how i can get it fixed and who is liable to pay for the Damage.
