      The Mummers are not broadcast nationally, I found, but WPEN [phl17.com] streams it while they're marching and offers limited videos afterward.


      It took me until 5am CA time to find this.

        Well this is their web page but it does not list that the parade is televised. Call your TV service provider to see if they have a station that broadcasts the parade. The parade started at 10 am http://www.visitphilly.com/events/philadelphia/the-mummers-parade/
