When you get home have a cup of tea and a shower.
When you wake up eat as much grease as you can bacon , sausages, eggs and hash browns..
Then at 11 am have a hair of the dog... Aka another drink ..

Taking a Panadol with a glass water before going to bed is a lot easier, Wonder, than that spill you wrote, only one true way, no alcohol at all. lol.
