This is something you need a transmission expert for. Take it to a transmission shop. Even if you knew what the problem was, I doubt you could fix it on your own.

Thanks Colleen. I had the transmission replaced and it is under warranty. Unfortunately, the mechanic who did the work will not return my calls or texts. It has a warranty for 3 years or 100,000 miles. I don't know what else to do.
Call your state attorney general. They will get the mechanics to call you back. I would still have another tranny shop look at it as they should be able to tell if the problem is due to the mechanics who installed the tranny. You may have a law suit.
