      You remembered to plug it in? Sorry, we are not TV techs. Since your TV is new, then you have an owners manual. Refer to the trouble shooting section. There will also be a phone number listed for tech support.

        Just a thought but...Are you being patient? These new plasma & LCD tVs can take a couple of minutes to warm up.
