      Resolve to be nicer, more patient, more understanding, more fair, less self centered, more generous with yourself, do more reading, and keep on improving......

          Make it something that you can actually keep track of...something that you want to accomplish by a certain date.....something you know that you need to change. Share it with a friend or two.  Write it down where you can see your resolution every day.
