    How do i wire a 3pdt switch to a 6 lead 110 v single phase brake motor for foward/ reverse/ limit switch

    motor is a leeson 111950 and leads are yellow 1,2,3,4,5,8, brake leads are red B1,B3, black B2, B4.  Thank you
