I just purchased a Motorola DCX3200 and am trying to make it work with my HarmonyOne. Harmony (Logitech) is telling me the DCX3200 cable box does not change channels and as a result I cannot complete the installation. The DCX3200 does have its own remote which does change channels. How do I get beyond this problem.
