Go to the Control Panel and click on uninstall programs icon. Wait a few minutes and it will give you a list of all but the windows program. Scan down (or double click on the header and it will alphabetize the programs for you) and your program will come to the top. Highlight this program. Right click on it and it will say "uninstall". Click that and the uninstall process will begin. For every program there are some intermediate steps, like "are you sure you want to uninstall?" Just follow the questions, they are not to hard.
