    IF your on disability and move to another state do you have to reapply in that state

    In Australia where I live NO you don't.It is a federal gov't issue you simply have to notify them of your change of address.

    I assume you´re referring to procedures in United States.I`m Finnish and we have very parliamentical central government, with some culturally and geographiclally differennt regions and diversions. 


    Still disability shouldn´nt be  any opstccle in any democratic country.Espesially if you have relatives or other family and connecctions to the state in question.Of course there`s legal matters like parole,warrants...I´m the wrong man to to give answers from the other side the world.Whatever is causing your disability you don´´t strike me as a criminal.I suggest you jus pick up the the phone and ask.It should be basic knowledge to any city employee.Gooo luck!
