The novel was riveting!!!
As a sailor the book was facinating to me. I liked the movie too, but then, George Clooney is not hard to look at ;)

A Master! He seems to choose only what he can work...usually bizarre, off the beaten track script...even Gilbert Grape was a bit stunning and Fear and Loathing in LasVegas actually gave me a contact high in some parts!! LOL

I don't watch many movies -- I really liked Dumbo and would like to see it again. I saw it a couple of years ago with my grandaughter who LOST it.
One Flew Over the Coo Coo's nest was excellent.... Can't think of any more.
I like TV: Six-Feet Under and I'm waiting to see if Parenthood makes it for another season.
