    I changed my cable box  for my new tv. I have sound but no picture.


    I'm also having trouble programing my remote

      I would suspect you hooked up a cable or two wrong or you do not have the TV set to the proper signal. Double check your work. The remote I can not help with. You have to have the user manual.
