      remove battery or coolant res, depending on which side, remove as many light sockets you can reach, unscrew the two screws on top, and there should be two nuts on the lower part of the assembly on the inside, the nuts are hard to find but they are there, in two separate holes , take those off and the entire assembly should come right out
