If you actually have internet service and your tablet is not connecting to it through your router, then you need to call the router company and have them help you out. Google search the website for the manufacturer of your router to get their contact phone number.

thank you. I have regular and wireless. I use both in my house and my wireless works my aspire one ok.
That's what I mean by router. The router is what your wireless devices get on the internet with.
