Webcams are not used for taking screenshots...if you have Photoshop or GIMP there is a function in there to get a screenshot, otherwise look for the button on your keyboard that says something like "PrtScr" or similar (usually it's on the upper right side of the keyboard), press that then open any image editing software (even MS Paint will work) and click Ctrl+V to paste your screenshot
