Help with Dick Smith digital photo frames. Crashes after 24hr+ use. robeday2@westnet.com.au
Tried store, told to try helpline, not manned. Told by recording to try webpage. Please someone to answer q's. Prefer phone and will keep trying to get someone.
Bought three frames for Xmas gifts. At this stage one is reverting to memory page of setup after at least one day and locking. Cannot move from selection. Must then shut down and reboot. All well until next crash. Have other two running since 5pm Tuesday. Both OK so far.
