Wash your face a lot, use salt to help dry it out and to exfoliate. My grandfather prescribed me thyroid pills (low dose) to help me during my acne stage. See your doctor...

you can prepare a paste from mixing aloe vera with few drops of lemon. apply it to the severe acne areas. follow this procedure; with regular application your acne will get reduced.
