Wash your face a lot, use salt to help dry it out and to exfoliate. My grandfather prescribed me thyroid pills (low dose) to help me during my acne stage. See your doctor...

Often a dermatologist will prescribe long term, low grade anti biotic for severe acne, apparently often successfully

you can prepare a paste from mixing aloe vera with few drops of lemon. apply it to the severe acne areas. follow this procedure; with regular application your acne will get reduced.
