If you have children, they can not evict you. Check your community services in your town to see what they can do to help you. Have you been trying to get employed? Are you receiving child support?

Where do you live? When it comes to children you can fight the eviction for up to 8 months or more. How far behind in rent are you? Who is the they that send you to sit in a chair for 24 hours? The sad thing is, you have children and can not take care of them. You are responsible for them. Why are you not working? There are single mothers working 2 jobs to take care of their kids. You never answer if you receive child support. I'm sure you're already on welfare which means I'm already helping you through my tax dollars. I think you have gotten use to handouts and that;s the only way you want to live now and you use your kids for sympathy. They will survive if they miss one Christmas. There are churches that will help with gifts. You can take them to church for Christmas mass. That's a way to celebrate Christmas.

Why don't you address the social services in your area? I think it would help you more rather than addressing random akaQA users.

I have gone to social services they can't help me until 45 days from now and I can't wait that long. I've worked all my life never lived on any social services and now that I need them I can't relay on them. Where, what or whom lived on my tax dollars while I was working?
Try asking family or friends for help, until you'll get the social services' help.

Why can't they help you until 45 days from now? I've never heard of such a thing. Kids in need get help today.

I not asking anyone to pay my rent! I am asking if anyone knows if there is a program or a
company or agency that help people like me. That can point me to the right direction
and help solve my delima. Thank you all for your responses.

You have children. There are a lot of services you are eligible for. None of them however pay your rent. If you are under eviction notice, then you are way behind. If you can not pay the rent this month, what makes you think you can pay it next month? What will change to allow you to pay the rent on your own?

They send you to shelter where you must stay sitting on a chair for 24 hrs, before they place you and your children. All your possesions get put in storage. Believe me I did my homework and found out alot of things. The sad thing about this is that its the holidays and my children need to go through this.
