Mind over matter and a good exercise program...unless you work like a dog like I do, in which case you will have worked your 'keester' off in a matter of say 6-7 months. (p.s. workin' the grill!) Power walking and/or biking are excellent ways to get fit AND healthy and just watch what you eat and never eat after midnight! Peace.
