what does it mean when i sleep like this?

i sleep with one leg curled up, one straight, both hands under my head, usually under my chin, and face forward, on my side. i move my legs around alot but always end up in the same position i started with. what does this mean?

i mostly just move back and forth with my legs, like im walking.

Sounds like restless leg syndrome! See your doctor But of course there are drugs to treat  that malady. I did'nt like the after effects of the drug and would not take it. I still am awake almost all night!

It means that you must be comfortable in that position- although I think you are twisting your spine which isn't a great thing to do.

It means you spell things unconciously in your sleep by impersonating letters of the alphabet.

    @ Romos- LOL

You are a restless sleeper. Do you wake as tired as you were when you went down? Talk with your doctor. Something can be done about this....
